cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with The Paper Memory, especially working with Lucy, the Head Designer. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing! When I initially received my monogram embosser, I noticed that the βJβ looked much smaller and sat much farther away from the βMβ than I had envisioned. I immediately reached out, and I was so lucky to have Lucy personally work with me throughout the entire process. Her communication was truly top-tier. She was incredibly responsive, patient, kind, and genuinely willing to work with me to make sure I received exactly what I was looking for. Lucy created multiple different designs for me to choose from, and she was completely open to my feedback and ideas. I was even able to create my own version of what I was envisioning and send it to her for review, and she took my vision and brought it to life beautifully. What stood out to me most was how much she cared about getting the design right. I never once felt like I was being difficult or asking for too much. Instead, Lucy made me feel heard and valued as a customer throughout the entire process. The final monogram embosser is exactly what I had envisioned, and I am absolutely in love with it! It is such a special piece that Iβll be using for my wedding stationery and keepsakes, so having someone take the time to make sure it was perfect meant so much to me. I truly wish every companyβs customer service was this exceptional. Lucy was the absolute best, and I cannot brag about her enough. She went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for her patience, openness, creativity, and dedication to making my vision come to life. If youβre considering ordering from The Paper Memory, I highly recommend them β and if you get the chance to work with Lucy, youβre in the best hands! π€ I included a picture of the embosser I initially received vs. the new one that Lucy and I worked together to create!
Love it!
We absolutely LOVED the embosser! Might have gone a little overboard.. We stamped the envelope, cash envelope and invitation.. lol.. %100 recommend. Amazing customer service too!

It is perfect!!! Love it!!! This company is so easy to work with.
I love our stamp. We are still waiting for our wedding invitation and it will look so nice. The customer service was amazing. The first order discount code went to my junk mail and Gaby was kind to help us apply the discount. She knew it was for a wedding so everything was processed so fast. I appreciate the 6 star service from the beginning to the end.
Elevated my invitations !!
Love it
I love this embosser, we used it for our wedding invitations and save the dates.
Beautiful monogrammed embosser used for wedding decor.
Gaby was wonderful to work with. She had my proof to me the next day (which was a holiday) and our embosser arrived earlier than expected. The embosser itself is so easy to use. It requires way less pressure than my other one. Weβre super excited to use this for our wedding invites!
Exceeded my expectations, honestly. Super beautiful, easy to use, leather bag to store it in. Chef's kiss.
Easy to use and looks great. It makes everything so fancy and I love it!!
So cute and easy to use!
Absolutely adore my embosser! Gabby was so quick to respond and helped me out a ton with my custom gift. Absolutely recommend!
Customer service was excellent she adjusted my mistake I made in the writing and was fast in communicating to me. I love the final product. Everything came fast and in great condition. I love my new embosser for my wedding and future stationary :)
Great quality, great shipping time, and excellent customer service. Gaby was very communicative. I love my item!
Absolutely amazing! I'm obsessed! I bought it as a graduation gift for myself. The quality is incredible. The press itself is stunning and works so well! It works well on a variety of paper textures and weights! I've already "stamped" about 20 of my books! It even showed up well on black paper! Highly recommend! This would make a fantastic gift for bookworms, teachers, librarians, students, and more! I've raved about it to everyone and posted about it on social media already. I was worried it was going to hurt to use with my Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome hand/joint pains, but it works with minimal effort! I did have difficulty unlocking it, so my husband had to do it for me. It included a carrying case which was a pleasant surprise. I don't remember if that was in the description or not. Customer service was amazing! Shipping was fast!
Came exactly as expected, the product was shipped quickly and arrived in great shape. Easy to use, looks great!
