Order Management

When can I expect a reply?

We typically respond within 1 business day. We might take a little longer during peak or holiday seasons. We promise to always get back to you as fast as we can during these times, and thank you for your understanding.

My order arrived damaged/incorrect

We're sorry to hear that😞 Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can make it right. Please include: your order number, a description of the damage, and images of the damaged product and packaging.

Oops. I made a mistake!

We'll always do everything we can to avoid this from happening. That's why we ask that you double-check your spelling and punctuation before checkout. If there was a typo or other mistake that escaped you, then, we can't offer a refund. However, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help you out.

How do I track my orders?

Sign in to your registered account and you will see an Order History page. This will show you detailed information about your order.

If no account was created, we will always send emails updating you on the status of your orders.

Production + Shipping

When will I receive my digital proof?

If you opted to receive a proof, we'll email it (or text it to you if added your phone number) to you within 2-3 business days. We ask that you please keep an eye on your inbox. The quicker you approve your proof, the faster we can ship it to you 🙂 If there's no response, we'll attempt to contact you a second time before we begin production.

When will I receive my order?

We do our best to move quickly. It can take up to 2 weeks to get to your order to your doorstep for orders in the USA, and up to 2-3 weeks for international orders. Please see our shipping information page for more.

Can you rush my order?

We offer options to expedite production and shipping. Please contact us before placing your order, so that we can make sure that you can get your item delivered before your event 🙂

Product Information

Can I make changes to one of your designs?

We work hard to make sure that when our designs are printed, they come out with the highest quality. Changing the font, or another fundamental aspect of the design, compromises that quality, and for that reason we don't make such changes. However, we do offer an option to work with you to create a custom piece. Please contact us here or by emailing us at to make sure we can make it just like you want it.

How many pages are in a guestbook? How many should I order?

We offer the option of 50 or 100 pages. The pages are thick enough that you can use them on both sides without a problem. We recommend you go by the size of the event. If it's a small or medium, 25 or 50 pages should be more than enough, and 100 pages only for very large events.

Can you add my custom logo or design?
