When I initially received my monogram embosser, I noticed that the βJβ looked much smaller and sat much farther away from the βMβ than I had envisioned. I immediately reached out, and I was so lucky to have Lucy personally work with me throughout the entire process. Her communication was truly top-tier. She was incredibly responsive, patient, kind, and genuinely willing to work with me to make sure I received exactly what I was looking for. Lucy created multiple different designs for me to choose from, and she was completely open to my feedback and ideas. I was even able to create my own version of what I was envisioning and send it to her for review, and she took my vision and brought it to life beautifully. What stood out to me most was how much she cared about getting the design right. I never once felt like I was being difficult or asking for too much. Instead, Lucy made me feel heard and valued as a customer throughout the entire process. The final monogram embosser is exactly what I had envisioned, and I am absolutely in love with it! It is such a special piece that Iβll be using for my wedding stationery and keepsakes, so having someone take the time to make sure it was perfect meant so much to me. I truly wish every companyβs customer service was this exceptional. Lucy was the absolute best, and I cannot brag about her enough. She went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for her patience, openness, creativity, and dedication to making my vision come to life.
